These terms cover your use of the Master T website and any order you place. If you do not agree, please do not order.

Who we are

The site is operated by Master T. You can reach us at tingting1630@gmail.com, No. 34, Tangfayang, Fu’an, Fujian, China.

Placing an order

You confirm that you are able to enter a contract and that the details you give us are accurate. An order is an offer to buy. We can decline it if a tea is unavailable, a price is clearly wrong, or a payment looks fraudulent. The confirmation email means we received the offer. The contract starts when we ship, or when payment is captured and we email you that the order is accepted.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and can change until you have paid. Orders start at $50, and standard shipping is included. Customs charges, where they exist, are yours. Payment is taken by PayPal. By paying, you also accept PayPal’s terms.

The tea

We photograph the real blooms, but a screen does not match a flower exactly, and no two hand-tied pieces open in the same shape. Descriptions cover the tea base, the flowers, and the weight. We do not make health claims for the tea.

Shipping and risk

Delivery estimates are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you when the carrier delivers to the address you gave us. Please read the shipping and returns pages before you order.

The site

The writing and photographs on this site belong to Master T. You may not copy the catalog for your own shop. We may suspend the site for maintenance.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Otherwise we are not liable for indirect loss, including a delay that customs or a carrier causes. Our liability for a paid order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Law

These terms follow the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without removing any consumer rights you have in the country where you live.
